I, Latoya Davis am the face behind Everything Housing Inc. I am a licensed realtor, a certified notary, and a certified notary signing agent. Everything Housing Inc is a business that specializes in real estate.  At Everything Housing Inc, we've been helping individuals and families achieve their real estate dreams for the last few years. Supermax Housing Package

$800.00

Supermax housing package comes with 5 paystubs, 1 W2, 1 employment verification letter, 2 bank statements, credit builder links, and inquiry removal instruction sheet.

Credit

Credit is a big part of the housing process. A lot of management companies and/or landlords will not approve an applicant's application if they have a bad credit score.

Credit booster

$65.00

The credit booster service comes with credit builder links and an inquiry removal instruction sheet. This service will help individuals seeking services from Everything Housing Inc to boost their credit scores first and get any aged inquiries hurting their score removed so they'll be able to have a better chance at qualifying for housing.

Credit repair

$350.00

The credit repair service is for individuals who are in need of a more long-term analysis of their credit reports to fix inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information on the credit reports to improve credit scores. The credit repair process involves identifying errors and disputing them with credit bureaus.
