I, Latoya Davis am the face behind Everything Housing Inc. I am a licensed referral agent, a certified notary, and a certified notary signing agent. Everything Housing Inc is a business that specializes in real estate.  At Everything Housing Inc, we've been helping clients achieve their real estate dreams for the last few years. Searching for a new home, an investment property, putting a house on the market to sell, or even renting an apartment can be daunting. This is where most people struggle especially if they do not know the ends and outs of how the process works. Everything Housing Inc knows how hard it can be for someone to find an apartment and how even more discouraging it can feel when nothing is falling through which is why Everything Housing Inc offers the apartment locator service. We do all the heavy footwork. We look for the apartments. We contact the landlords/property managers directly. We schedule the tour appointments. We iron out all the kinks to ensure the best chance possible for approval and we fill out the apartment application.

Credit

Credit is a big part of the housing process. A lot of management companies and/or landlords will not approve an applicant's application if they have a bad credit score.

Credit booster

The credit booster service comes with credit builder links and an inquiry removal instruction sheet.
