We have the discretion to turn down business if we feel that it will be detrimental to the company or if the potential client seeking services may be cause for concern. This is why it is encouraged for anyone seeking our services to book for a consultation first that way both parties are in alignment with what is needed.

EVERYTHING HOUSING INC terms and conditions are as follows:

• ONLY contact EVERYTHING HOUSING INC during the hours of operation
• If unsure about the service or services that you are in need of a consultation MUST be booked
• EVERYTHING HOUSING INC takes pride on the services offered and it is reflected in the quality of the work. DO NOT look for a rushed service. If you need a service by a certain time book and pay for the service in advance
• NO DISRESPECT will be tolerated, give the same respect that you wish to receive. If a potential client is disrespectful in any way, you will not be serviced
• Correspondence must be made via email or text. Phone correspondence is only for consultations
• Due to the sensitivity of information that is collected to complete the service/services it is important to make sure that the correct information is provided
